Welcome to Smart Cosmetics! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how ICG Smart Cosmetics Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Smart Cosmetics app (“App” or “Service”).
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect
To enhance your experience and improve our Service, we may collect the following types of information:
• Personal Information: We may request personally identifiable information (your name and email address), which you can provide voluntarily on the Home screen.
• Device and Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the App server, including your operating system, IP address, usage timestamps, and error reports.
• Skin Analysis Data - Facial Images : If you request us to do so, we may collect images you provide for easy skincare effect tracking. This data remains on your device and is not sent to or stored on our servers, and can be managed & deleted by you at any time.
• Skin Analysis Data - Questionnaire : You can also answer questions designed to identify key properties of your skin that are used to more accurately model the effects of ingredients on your skin. This data is sent to the server to calibrate your skin model, which is then stored with your profile (and can be changed or removed by you by re-taking the quiz or requesting data deletion in Home/Settings).
• Product Data - Scan Analysis : Photos of cosmetics products you send for scanning and ingredient determination are not retained after the server finishes processing.
• Product Data - Shelves : Photos of cosmetics products and their additional information you edit and supply are sent to the server to be stored and for product analysis results of which are viewable in-app. You can delete this information by deleting individual data, deleting shelves, or deleting your account.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and gather analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, operate, and improve the App, and provide you with support;
• Analyse usage patterns to enhance user experience;
• Send important notifications, updates, or promotional content (if you choose to opt in);
• Ensure the security and integrity of our Service;
• Comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However:
• We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Data Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no online service is entirely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

The App may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so we recommend reviewing their policies.
